    Although they did not come during the pioneer era of 1800-1850, the Nelson family were early settlers, leaving many descendants in Denmark Township.

The event will help build positive relationships between first responders and individuals with developmental disabilities. By getting to know one another in a relaxed setting, everyone benefits from greater understanding, trust, and communication should an emergency ever arise.
