JEFFERSON TOWNSHIP – Ashtabula County Technical & Career Center (A-Tech) is proud and pleased to share that it has been granted Reaffirmation of Accreditation by the Commission of the Council on Occupational Education (COE), effective March 6, 2026.
This recognition follows a thorough review process, including evaluation of the school’s self-study and supporting materials.
Reaffirmation means A-Tech continues to meet national standards for quality career and technical education programs.
The next accreditation review is scheduled for 2029, with annual reporting required to maintain accredited status.
“Reaccreditation from Council on Occupational Education (COE) affirms that A-Tech continues to meet rigorous standards of excellence while serving students, employers, and our community with distinction,” said A-Tech OTC Director Chris Coxon.
The Council on Occupational Education also recognized the efforts of A-Tech’s faculty and staff in maintaining high standards.
A-Tech offers training for adults in a variety of accredited career pathways including medical, Firefighter, EMT and industrial courses.
A-Tech remains committed to preparing students for success through hands-on learning and strong career-focused programs.
