Amber Alert on kidnapping is cancelled

UPDATE: At approximately 1:30 p.m. a third party familiar with the situation dropped the children off unharmed at a secure location and the mother and children have been reunited. At this time the Amber Alert has been canceled and the suspect remains at large. Charges are pending.

FBLA students honored

PAINESVILLE - Members of the Harvey High School FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) Chapter have been awarded second place Gold Seal Chapter of Merit at the 70th Annual Ohio-FBLA State Leadership Conference which was held at Ohio Union at The Ohio State University in Columbus, March 16 and 17.

An ambitious scout tackles an ambitious project

MENTOR – Matthew Suhadolnik has a problem with a solution. The Mentor High School freshman is an ambitious Boy Scout with an ambitious Eagle Scout project for which he has plenty of time, but little money.

Mentor Police to introduce Ident-A-Kid
