ROCK CREEK – A last-minute change of heart by a property owner at the closing brought to a screeching halt plans for the construction of a 4,430-square-foot healthcare facility with 13 exam rooms, a nursing station and waiting room.

ACDL opens children’s garden

ASHTABULA – The Ashtabula County District Library cut the ribbon on a new children’s garden on Monday, Sept. 18, as the first part of plans to add outdoor features to make the library more friendly and relaxing for patrons.

Council passes final Jefferson dog park ordinance
