GENEVA – Community members who reside in the Northwest Ambulance District should keep an eye out in their mailbox for their membership applications for the Northwest Ambulance District.
NAD officials announced recently that the district’s membership drive is in full swing.
If residents normally receive a membership application in the mail, they should be arriving in the next few days, officials said. If residents would like to become a member and need an application, they should either call the station and an application will be mailed to them, or they can stop in at the station and pick one up.
The cost of an annual membership is $15. NAD serves Geneva City and the Austinburg, Harpersfield, Trumbull and Geneva Townships.
While residents of these areas do not need to have a membership in NAD, officials said a membership will protect residents and their families from out-of-pocket expenses should they need to use emergency rescue and/or ambulance services.
NAD can be reached at (440) 4664900. NAD is located at 1480 S. Broadway, Geneva.
