Mary Agnes Fayak

Mary Agnes Fayak (nee Woytek), age 88, of Mentor passed away peacefully March 4.
Agnes was born July 6, 1928, in Gipsy, PA.
She was the oldest of 13 children and grew up in the coal mining town of Arcadia, PA. After high school she moved to Cleveland where Agnes worked as a Stouffer’s waitress. At the age of 60 Agnes started working in the cafeteria at Mayfield Middle School. She retired at the age of 80.
Agnes is preceded in death by Joseph, her beloved husband of 54 years; siblings, Andrew (Aileen), Sally (George) Paris.
She is survived by daughter, Karen (Roger) Law; grandchildren, Kerry (Matt) Pinto and Kevin (Sarah) Law; great-grandchildren, Hayden and Quinn Pinto; siblings, Dorothy Verba, Paul (Pat), Delores, Rocco, Dave (Jan), William (Wanda), Loretta (Bob) Miller, Laverne, Walter, Rosemarie (Richard) Trindle and Sylvia (Jack) Hasnauer. Agnes is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and also many friends whom she considered family.
Private family inurnment will be held at All Souls Cemetery at a later date.
