GENEVA - The Geneva Eagles girls’ tennis team defeated visiting Brunswick three games to two. Geneva won first singles, third singles and first doubles to edge Brunswick.

Edgewood girls’ golf team drops close matches

ASHTABULA - The Edgewood Warriors girls’ golf team started the season with a tough loss to Struthers. The Wildcats edged the Warriors 206-210 at Knoll Run Golf Course. 

Conneaut evens series at 1-1

ANDOVER – The Conneaut Arrows evened their championship series against the Andover Scooters at one game apiece with a recent win in the Pymatuning Area Wood Bat League. Andover Scooters won 18-1 in the first game and Conneaut won the second game 4-2.

ANDOVER - The Conneaut Arrows made a late surge in the Pymatuning Area Wood Bat League Standings as they went from second place to first place with a three game sweep of Andover Scooters. 

JCRC holds soccer banquet

JEFFERSON - The Jefferson Community and Recreation Center soccer program held their end of the season banquet this past Wednesday. The players all received medals and were able to collect their pictures from the start of the season.
